Transition Planning Training

The Island Disability Coalition and the MVCS Family Support Center are hosting an online training on Transition Planning for School Age Children with Disabilities. Transition Planning is an ongoing process that began at age 14 to prepare students with disabilities for life after high school. The training will cover educational, vocational, academic, and non-academic opportunities, IEP development, Adult Services and more. This event is free and open to anyone who is interested.
