The KIT online learning cohort offered by IDC has been an incredibly important resource for the island and has sparked really important conversations with in the involved organizations about diversity and inclusion. To be able to share best practices with one another and to learn about ways we can all improve our accessibility is priceless continued education for our island community. I have taken away valuable information on ways in which Felix Neck can make some changes that will have a huge impact! Thank you so much for including me and my organization in this experience!
